The MYStartup Hackathon is a corporate hackathon designed to help solve the digitalisation & innovation needs of large corporations.

Participating Criteria

2 Categories

01 Individual Team

All team member must be above 18 years old, open to all Malaysian citizens only.
Each team must have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people.
The team leader must be a key decision maker for the team (The team leader cannot be changed).
If the team wins, the team leader as the team representative shall be receiving the cash winning prize from Cradle, on behalf of all the team members

02 Company

All companies must be registered with SSM (Sdn Bhd only).
51% or more shares of the company is owned by a Malaysian citizen.
Incorporated less than 5 years old (cut-off date of: 31st May 2018).
Company Cumulative Revenue of less than RM5 Million.
The team leader must be the majority shareholder of the company & key decision maker of the company (The team leader cannot be changed).
If the team wins, the team leader as the team representative shall be receiving the cash winning prize from Cradle, on behalf of all the team member.

Each MYStartup Hackathon winning team will get RM10,000 (TBC) prize money offered by Cradle (3 Winning Teams per Cohort)
The Corporate Problem Statement owner offers no commitment pre program, but in post program is open to invest and/or acquire and/or acqui-hire and/or direct pick tech talents for internal hiring.
All winners are subjected to all Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd terms & conditions.

12 Finalists team leaders shall be making a trip to Kuching for Physical Pitch Day

(flight and accommodations is provided for 1 pax each team)
